Customer: A global leader in complete life cycle power solutions for the marine and energy markets
Citec has an increasing number of IPMA certified project managers. This gives added value to the customer in complex engineering projects where the time, schedule and scope need to be managed in a controlled and efficient way.
In this project, Citec has participated in the following activities:
- Engineering management.
- Designing and arranging local seismic regulations, extended fire fighting systems and technical documentation in English and Spanish.
- Multidiscipline engineering including mechanical, civil and plant electrification design with a tight schedule.
- Managing the integration of third party design forming a complete power plant and fulfilling customer expectations.
- Managing multidiscipline resources in Finland and India to create a dedicated team to support the customer in achieving their project targets.
