At Citec, decisions regarding Corporate Governance are guided by Group-level policies, such as Corporate Governance Policy which describes Citec’s Corporate Governance approach and Code of Conduct. Code of Conduct forms the framework for all our operations and sets out standards of behaviour.
Citec operates in accordance with current legislation and Group level policies and guidelines that are approved by the Group management.
According to legislation, we have a Whistleblowing channel where any suspects of infringements in specific areas of EU or national law can be reported confidentially.
Our growth aspirations are partly financed through a bond listed on a regulated market. This means that we follow the rules and regulations concerning issuers of bonds traded on a regulated market, including the obligation to give Corporate Governance statement as part of Annual Report.

Citec’s Operational Framework is our management system. It defines how we work at Citec by, for example, describing our organisational structure and processes, through which the business operations are managed in Citec Group and as One Citec. It is also the main internal control tool which ensures that decision-making lines of authority and key accountabilities are clearly defined and communicated at various levels throughout the organisation.
The Operational Framework is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, as applicable.
Group Board of Directors and CEO, assisted by the Group Management Team are responsible for Citec’s administration and implementation of the Operational Framework.
