Citec Engineering Oy Ab has acquired the business operations of Insinööritoimisto Sarpanen Oy.

Insinööritoimisto Sarpanen’s solid experience from global power plant projects is a perfect match with Citec and with our customer base, says Strand.
Insinööritoimisto Sarpanen, with offices in Helsinki and Vaasa, currently employs eight employees. All employees will be transferred to Citec as of October 1, 2010.
