The current frame agreement between Kvaerner AS and Citec Norway AS has been extended to cover Aker Solutions Holding AS. 
Aker Solutions delivers integrated solutions, products and services to the global energy industry. The company enables low-carbon oil and gas production and develop renewable solutions to meet future energy needs. Aker Solutions employs approximately 15,000 people in more than 20 countries.
Through the merger of Kvaerner and Aker Solutions, we are very pleased that this extension of the frame agreement also covers Aker Solutions. We will certainly do our best to serve the new merged company in the best possible ways. We see that there are areas within especially LNG and leased FPSO’s, but also within some renewable energy sectors, where we believe we can give complimentary services to AKSO.
