Today, on April 28th, we celebrate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
Citec follows the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and is committed in proactively promoting good health and well-being (Goal 3) as well as quality education to all employees (Goal 4). Citec is also committed in promoting gender equality (Goal 5) and in reducing every kind of inequality (Goal 10).
As of March last year, a continuous work has been conducted in Citec to safeguard the health and safety of our employees globally. This includes our own offices, work at customers premises and during business trips.
In 2021 we will continue to promote physical, mental and social well-being also when entering into the new normal. We aim at providing well-functioning and inspiring new normal ways of working that promote also well-being. One element in the new normal are the new offices. We have built, together with our employees, an office concept that takes into account the needs of the new normal. This concept will be used in all future premise’s shifts to ensure inspirational and space efficient offices with a joint Citec identity. The new concept provides modern premises and ergonomics solutions where employees’ well-being is in the centre.
