We would like to shortly update you about our operational situation and operations during the COVID-19 situation.
The medical situation in India has developed negatively during the last month. However, 93% of our workforce in Mumbai and Pune is performing their work smoothly from our home offices with a full focus on time and high-quality project deliveries. We have acted quickly to secure operational contingency. This is possible due to the uninterrupted wireless IT services, as well as thanks to the smart and quickly implemented ergonomic solutions for the home office setup done during the first wave of COVID-19.
Health and safety measures for our personnel remains a top priority for us. For our team in India we have implemented medical and psychological tele-consultation services for employees impacted by COVID-19. Vaccinations have also started in India.
Our operations continue with good performance. During the spring, we have recruited many experts to our technical documentation & digital solutions, and we are currently hiring close to 30 senior engineers to secure a stable competence development and a high quality to engineering projects.

Most of our staff in Europe is also working from their home offices as per recommendation. Most of the European countries are progressing with full pace with vaccination programs, and we estimate gradual office openings in all European locations later this year. We follow authorities’ recommendations carefully.
