During the first five months of 2021, we have achieved a strong and positive development in our project quality.

Compared to the customer survey results made in 2020, our customers see a clear positive improvement on several key areas, resulting in an overall increase of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to +20. According to the survey, our customers provide very strong grades for the quality of our deliverables, on time deliveries as well as for our flexible way of working. Very good feedback was also given to Citec’s project communication.

The survey received a high response rate of 81%. We are very happy for the improved customer experience and want to convey a big thanks to all customers for your valuable feedback – we will definitely continue to improve further!
