Project description

When Metso Fiber and GL&V received an order from the distinguished Japanese paper manufacturer Hokuetsu Paper Mills Ltd for a complete screen room, bleach plant and post-screening facilities for one of their four paper mills, the flagship Niigata Mill, Citec was given the responsibility of conducting all of the project planning and construction of the pipe systems.
