Total revamp of the Vopak terminal Skarvik2 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Revamp included new tanks, moving tanks, new pump house and adaption to existing plant.

Citec's scope

Citec delivered detail engineering for piping, steel and platforms. PDMS was used as the main design & engineering tool.

The steel activities included structures for secondary pipe supports, structures for platforms, platform detail drawings and strength calculations for steel structures.

The piping activities consisted of equipment layouts, nozzle orientation for tanks, layout design pump house, piping assembly drawings, isometrics, stress calculations for 80 pipe lines, preliminary MTO:s, final MTO and model reviews.
